Collaborative Project Manager Zone
The Collaborative Project Manager (CPM) Zone is a space dedicated to the needs of Project Managers who wish to develop their capabilities and job performance as managers of Alliances and collaborative engagements.
The CPM Zone provides background information, research papers, a profile of skills, experiences and attributes that are critical to the development of collaborative management capabilities and tips or guidelines on where and how to develop these skills.
The CPM Zone is intended to be an interactive platform providing the opportunity for personal contributions from practitioners adding context, comments, tips and references which they believe would help other colleagues develop their collaborative management capabilities.
This is the first release version of this CPM platform. With you help and guidance, we intend to develop it into an informative resource and set of tools for project managers, assisting you to develop your skills, job performance - especially in relation to the management of collaborative dimensions of projects and services delivery - and provide our support to your scareer development.
