C3 Case Studies
Documenting regional Alliancing applications in infrastructure collaboration
Australia and New Zealand practitioners have developed a global leadership in the application of collaborative methods for the delivery of large and /or complex infrastructure projects and services. The evolution of our collaborative experience has enabled local practitioners to produce a wide range of new models and applications, far beyond the what we have seen in UK since early 90s.
This section provides a selection of regional and international case studies on the application of various collaborative models in different sectors of public or industrial infrastructure. This is an opportunity to document the situations which justified using collaborative methods, the challenges faced by the integrated teams and the performance factors enabling the delivery of successful, and often outstanding outcomes, by any industry standards.
Some of the case studies are project short profiles have been contributed by members who we gratefully acknowledge here collectively for their contribution.
