C3 Training
Training courses for Alliancing and Collaborative Professionals.
A series of one or two day interactive 'essential' and 'advanced' courses on Alliance and collaborative procurement and delivery. Developed and lead by industry experts they include case studies, simulation exercises and group discussion. May involve a range of guest practitioners from industry to bring in-depth and broad perspectives to the subject matter.
